Support in developing tools
Most diamond tools are manufactured according to customer specifications based on technical drawings. If the customer does not have a drawing, we will gladly create a suitable manufacturing drawing free of charge based on a sketch. We use CAD software for this, which allows us to present the tools in 3D animation.
Selection of diamonds
We use the highest quality diamonds (MKD and PCD) available on the market.
Sufficient "grinding reserve" in the holder
Only if the majority of the diamond is located in the holder can frequent regrinding be guaranteed.
Profiles and radii within tight tolerances thanks to specially developed grinding machines
Through specially developed, precise grinding machines and laser processing, we guarantee compliance with the tightest tolerances.
Mirror-smooth polished cutting edges
Thanks to our in-house developed grinding machines with optimal smooth running, we achieve the finest, absolutely chip-free cutting edges.
Sharpening service
Valuable diamond tools need to be resharpened. The Meyco resharpening service offers the following services:

Examining the damaged tool cutting edges under a microscope

We can prepare a quote upon request.

Grinding the diamond cutting edges

Checking the socket and holder

Practical testing on the lathe or milling machine

Check all cutting angles and record them in the file.
We are happy to offer this service for tools from other manufacturers as well.
