Die meisten Diamantwerkzeuge werden nach Kundenangaben anhand technischer Zeichnungen gefertigt. Falls der Kunde über keine Zeichnung verfügt, fertigen wir gerne anhand einer Skizze eine entsprechende Fabrikationszeichnung kostenlos an. QUALITÉ Qu'est-ce que le client peut attendre de nous ? Soutien au développement d'outils La plupart des outils diamantés sont fabriqués sur mesure selon les spécifications du client, à partir de plans techniques. Si le client ne possède pas de plan, nous créons gratuitement un plan de fabrication adapté à partir d'un croquis. Nous utilisons pour cela un logiciel de CAO, ce qui nous permet de présenter les outils en animation 3D. Sélection de diamants Nous utilisons les diamants de la plus haute qualité (MKD et PCD) disponibles sur le marché. Réserve de broyage suffisante dans le porte-outil Ce n'est que si la majorité du diamant est située dans le support qu'un réaffûtage fréquent peut être garanti. Profils et rayons aux tolérances serrées grâce à des rectifieuses spécialement développées Grâce à des rectifieuses de précision spécialement développées et à un traitement laser, nous garantissons le respect des tolérances les plus strictes. Lames de coupe polies miroir Grâce à nos rectifieuses développées en interne et à fonctionnement parfaitement régulier, nous obtenons des arêtes de coupe d'une finesse exceptionnelle, absolument sans éclats. Service d'affûtage Les outils diamantés de valeur nécessitent un réaffûtage. Le service de réaffûtage Meyco propose les prestations suivantes : Examen au microscope des arêtes de coupe endommagées de l'outil Nous pouvons établir un devis sur demande. Affûtage des lames de diamant Vérification de la prise et du support Essais pratiques sur le tour ou la fraiseuse Vérifiez tous les angles de coupe et notez-les dans le fichier. Nous sommes heureux de proposer ce service également pour les outils d'autres fabricants.
